For the third year in a row, Latham & Watkins litigators in California were awarded the highest recommendation in the Euromoney Institutional Investor Benchmark Litigation 2010 guide. Based on research among the business and legal communities in various US markets, the guide cited Latham & Watkins as a "major presence in the California legal market" and noted the firm's diverse practice strengths in the state. Specifically cited were the firm's antitrust, appellate, environmental litigation, general commercial, insurance, international dispute resolution, intellectual property, and white collar and government investigations practices.
