The breadth and depth of our global Litigation Department is reflected in the sheer number of cases that we have tried to verdict and the success that our attorneys have achieved. From January 2006 through July 2007, Latham's litigators prevailed in more than 70 trials, many of which involved complex legal issues spanning multiple jurisdictions and practice areas. Our deep trial experience is further illustrated by the fact that 14 of our partners have been named to the American College of Trial Lawyers, a distinction reserved for only the most outstanding trial lawyers in the United States.
