Proxy Access and Executive Compensation Provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform Act: What Companies, Boards and Compensation Committees Need to Know and Do Now.
Jim Barrall, Brian Cartwright, Alex Cohen and David Della Rocca, teamed up to provide an analysis of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
