Olivier du Mottay Appointed Office Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins’ Paris Office
Paris, July 15, 2009… Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that corporate partner Olivier du Mottay has been appointed the Office Managing Partner of the firm's Paris office. He succeeds Olivier Delattre, who has served in that position since 2001.
Du Mottay's practice focuses on representing companies at all stages of their development, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He also regularly advises companies in a variety of general corporate matters, including joint ventures, corporate governance and executive compensation issues.

About Olivier Delattre
Olivier Delattre is a partner in the Tax Department. His practice focuses on corporate taxation, specifically advising clients on tax issues relating to national and international mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as transfer pricing. He represents a wide variety of clients, including investments banks, investment funds, public and private companies with respect to the French and international tax issues of their investments. He also advises high net worth individuals in their investment and estate planning. Delattre is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the American Bar Association.
