Latham & Watkins again ranked among the preferred law firms advising company directors and general counsel in the United States, placing in the Top 10 in an annual survey conducted by FTI Consulting and published by Corporate Board Member magazine in its Q2 2010 edition.
The firm ranked sixth among surveyed general counsel and seventh among corporate directors, confirming the superior client service and broad expertise across transactional, litigation and regulatory practice areas that are vitally important to public companies. Latham & Watkins has been ranked in the survey since its inception in 2001.
