Latham & Watkins Advises TechnipFMC in Sale of Measurement Solutions Business

Multidisciplinary team represents the energy technology provider in sale to One Equity Partners.

TechnipFMC plc (NYSE: FTI) (the Company or TechnipFMC) announced an agreement to sell the Company’s Measurement Solutions business to One Equity Partners for US$205 million in cash, subject to customary adjustments at the closing of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close during the first half of 2024.
