Firm represents the initial purchasers in the offering by the Canadian mining company.

On April 23, 2024, Taseko Mines Limited closed an offering of US$500 million 8.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2030 in a private offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers.

Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate team led by New York partner Michael Benjamin and Washington, D.C. partner Chuck Cassidy, with associates Robyn Sablove and Amanda Farrish.
