Latham Recognized for Its Diversity Efforts

Latham & Watkins has received the 10th annual Law Firm Diversity Recognition Award from Chevron, a long-time client. Established in 2005, the award is presented to Chevron’s “law firm partners that have distinguished themselves by demonstrating their commitment to diversity.” In addition, Chevron has made a $5,000 donation on behalf of Latham to the All Stars Project, a pro bono client of the firm that works to better the lives of inner-city young people through supplemental educational and performing arts programs. Firm Vice Chair Ora Fisher noted: “Latham & Watkins benefits from having its lawyers and professional staff offer a multiplicity of viewpoints, backgrounds and experiences, as does the legal profession as a whole. We are honored to be singled out for our efforts to foster diversity and create a spirit of inclusion at Latham.”
