With the firm's Los Angeles office since 1970, Dave V. Lee retired from the partnership in December 2003. His practice focused on asset-based transactional work, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. He had particular expertise with acquisitions and dispositions of multiple assets. He represented buyers and sellers of refineries and related assets, hotel and motel chains, grocery chains and construction industry assets. In addition, Mr. Lee had a broad background in all aspects of leveraged buyout transactions.
At the time of his retirement, Mr. Lee had been a member of the Real Estate Group since 1974. Professional activities included membership in the California and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
