Elizabeth A. Blendell retired from the partnership in December 2005 after practicing with the firm since 1980. Her practice focused on the sales of assets and stocks and handles all aspects of acquisitions and leveraged buyouts, including the acquisition itself, the financing and the management equity investment. She has also represented partnerships and joint ventures in a variety of matters.
Since 1990, Ms. Blendell has participated on the Los Angeles faculty of a Practising Law Institute seminar entitled "Acquiring or Selling the Privately Held Company." At the time of her retirement, she was a member of the American and California Bar Associations.
