Jonathan Rod is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Finance Department and Chair of the Energy - Power Industry Group.

Mr. Rod handles a wide variety of securities and finance matters with a principal focus on the energy, oil, gas and infrastructure sectors. He has extensive experience in securities work, including innovative project bond financings in US capital markets.

Mr. Rod is listed in Chambers Global 2013 as one of the leading attorneys in the US in the project finance area.
