Kathleen Cui is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Cui’s practice focuses on emerging and public company representation and intellectual property transactions.
Ms. Cui received her JD in 2011 from Harvard Law School, where she served as Director of Entrepreneurship for the Harvard Association of Law and Business. In 2008, she received her BS in Economics from MIT, where she worked with several social enterprises and won an IDEAS Competition award for a project focused on increasing drug adherence among TB patients.
