Nate Amory represents middle market private equity sponsors, as well as their portfolio companies, in a range of transactions and general corporate matters.

Drawing on his strong network of investor and corporate relationships, Mr. Amory provides strategic and creative legal counsel to clients doing business in Boston and around the country. He regularly advises founders, investors, and acquirers in public and private acquisition and sale transactions. Mr. Amory brings particular experience in a number of Boston’s fastest-growing industries, including retail and retail services, technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS), and healthcare and life sciences.
