The Honorable Peter J. Wilson retired from the partnership in December 2008. He had practiced with the firm since 1986 and was the former Head of the Orange County Litigation Department. His practice centered on all aspects of business litigation, including professional liability; franchise, dealership and business opportunity disputes; alleged unfair and/or unlawful business practices disputes; design and construction disputes; building mold remediation and dispute resolution; product design and defects disputes; securities litigation; class actions; class arbitration; intellectual property matters and employment matters.
Judge Wilson was appointed to the Superior Court of Orange County on February 1, 2010.
