Dr. Cord Lübke-Detring is of counsel in the Hamburg office. He retired from the partnership on June 30, 2014. His practice focused on commercial real estate transactions involving construction and leases. His clients included institutional and corporate investors, developers and companies that are investing in self-used real property and buildings.
Dr. Lübke-Detring regularly advised on commercial real estate issues and was also acquainted with matters regarding real estate agents and agreements with architects.
In JUVE 2015/2016 Dr. Lübke-Detring is a “recommended” lawyer for Real Estate. He is also recommended as a “top lawyer” for Real Estate in Germany by Handelsblatt Best Lawyers 2013.
At the time of his retirement, Dr. Lübke-Detring was a member of the Hamburg Bar Association and the German-British Jurist Association.
