Jon Anderson retired from the partnership in November 2013. He is former Managing Partner and former Chair of the Litigation & Trial Department in the Orange County office. He handled complex commercial, securities and tort litigation, employment class actions, and internal investigations. He managed cases for a wide range of clients in numerous jurisdictions, in both trial and appellate courts, with special expertise in matters involving accounting, securities, finance, employment class actions, environmental litigation, trade secrets and unfair competition.
At the time of his retirement, Mr. Anderson was a member of the California and Orange County Bar Associations. For many years Mr. Anderson was responsible for trial practice and litigation training firm-wide, and he continues to teach in that program. Mr. Anderson also has taught trial practice techniques for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the Constitutional Rights Foundation.
