  • Ares on the acquisition of the Exemplar Health Care Group, a UK provider of high-dependency nurse-led care for adults

  • Onex Partners V on its investment in Convex Group Limited, a specialty property and casualty insurance company headquartered in Bermuda

  • Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on its investment in a consortium with KIRKBI Invest and Blackstone, to acquire Merlin Entertainments PLC, a UK-based leisure and entertainment company

  • Canada Pension Plan Investment Board on its investment in a consortium with Apax Partners, Warburg Pincus International, and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, to acquire Inmarsat PLC, a provider of global mobile satellite communications services

  • La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) on its partnership with Generation Investment Management LLP and investment in FNZ, a global fintech company

  • Onex Corporation in connection with its acquisition of KidsFoundation, a leading Dutch childcare provider 

  • The Carlyle Group on the €10.1 billion acquisition by Carlyle and GIC of AkzoNobel's Specialty Chemicals business 

  • Leonard Green & Partners on the acquisition of CPA Global from Cinven
  • The Carlyle Group and The Nature’s Bounty Co. on the £1.77 billion sale of Holland & Barrett
