Tiffany E. Taubman

Tiffany Taubman advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions around the world across a full spectrum of asset classes.

Ms. Taubman draws on extensive substantive knowledge and experience to help real estate investment trusts (REITs), financial institutions, private equity funds, hotel brands, family offices, and management companies navigate:

• Single-asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions
• Financing, including mortgage and mezzanine financings
• Management agreements, franchise agreements, and related matters
• Joint ventures

She takes a pragmatic approach to clients’ most sophisticated real estate transactions. Ms. Taubman unlocks the resources of Latham’s robust global platform and collaborates with clients to advance their commercial goals.

Ms. Taubman maintains an active pro bono practice, including providing real estate work for a nonprofit relating to agreements for use of space and in property transfers to help shelters gain more anonymity. Before law school, Ms. Taubman served as an AmeriCorps volunteer for a Los Angeles nonprofit.
