Xavier Renard is a partner in the Tax Department in the Paris office.

Mr. Renard is active in the field of corporate taxation and provides general tax advice to French and multinational groups of companies, investment funds, and financial institutions. He also specializes in the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financings of groups of companies, tax consolidation regimes, taxation of financial products, and asset financing transactions.

Mr. Renard is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux. He is also recognized as a key player in LBO taxation.
