For the twelfth year in a row, Latham & Watkins has been ranked in a national survey of US corporate directors and general counsel conducted by Corporate Board Member magazine and FTI Consulting. Known as “America’s Best Corporate Law Firms,” the survey recognizes select law firms “for strong corporate stewardship and commitment to providing outstanding client service.” Latham placed #4 among the surveyed general counsel and #8 among corporate directors, with Corporate Board Member noting the firm “enjoys an elevated status” for its rise in the rankings this year.
