Latham & Watkins was named among the “cream of the crop” of law firms in the “Client Service A-Team” survey conducted by BTI Consulting Group, which interviewed more than 240 corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies to evaluate the service and dedication of their law firms. The 30 firms topping the annual survey are “standout firms [that] have proven themselves able to deliver superior client service and earn client loyalty” by offering “the deepest understanding of their business, best value proposition and superior client service.” The survey evaluated 17 activities driving client relationships, with Latham & Watkins earning high marks in critical areas such as legal skills, breadth of service, client focus, problem handling and understanding of the client’s business. BTI Consulting stated in the survey report: “Latham & Watkins proves its strong dedication to client service excellence and earns client recognition as ‘service-minded,’ ‘responsive’ and ‘an excellent firm.’ Latham & Watkins builds client loyalty by providing solid legal services and then some: ‘they do a great deal of education outreach’ and ‘provide amazing webinars.’”
