Latham & Watkins London Office Managing Partner Nick Cline was recognized in the Management section of The Lawyer’s “Hot 100” 2011 list, which the magazine says highlights “[t]he great, the good and the gifted” of the legal profession. The Lawyer added: “[T]his year’s nominees have consistently demonstrated nimbleness and innovation.”
Corporate partner Cline’s expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity investments for European, Middle Eastern and US corporate and private equity clients. In 2010, Cline represented Qatar Holding in its acquisition of Harrods.
