Beatrice Lo advises corporate and private equity clients on their most complex transactions, often within highly regulated industries and with a cross-border element.

Beatrice draws on extensive experience representing clients on their key transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, carve-outs, and equity investments, as well as providing general corporate law advice. Her work spans across a number of industries, including:

  • PTTEP, Thailand’s national oil and gas company, on its £522 million acquisition of a 25.5% stake in the Seagreen offshore wind farm from TotalEnergies
  • Lime Rock Management on the strategic partnership between Ardyne, a Lime Rock portfolio company and supplier of specialized technology and services catering to the energy industry, and Weatherford International
  • Energy Capital Partners, an energy-transition infrastructure investor, on the £341 million sale of Triton Power to Equinor and SSE Thermal
  • Iberdrola on its £1.63 billion sale of a 40% stake of East Anglia, a UK-based provider of energy services, to Green Investment Group
