- Enagás on the sale of its 30.2% stake in Tallgrass Energy to Blackstone Infrastructure Partners
- Repsol on the acquisition of a 40% stake in Bunge Ibérica, the parent company of Bunge’s business in Spain
- The shareholders of Opdenergy, an independent renewable energy producer, in the context of the takeover bid launched by Antin Infrastructure Partners
- Repsol on the acquisition of US-based renewable energy platform ConnectGen
- Plastic Energy, a global leader in plastics recycling, on its debt refinancing
- BNP Paribas, in its condition as new lender, agent and security agent in relation to the refinancing of Universidad Europea, an international education group
- Repsol Renovables, a Repsol entity, on acquiring Asterion Energies, which manages a 7,700 MW portfolio of renewable assets in Spain, Italy, and France, from European infrastructure fund Asterion Industrial
- Venture Global on US$7.8 billion in financing to develop phase two of the Plaquemines LNG project
- TA Associates on acquiring esPúblico, a Spanish group that develops and manages legal and economic content platforms
