Edward Kempson is an English law-qualified partner based in the Riyadh office of Latham & Watkins. Edward is the global coordinator of the firm’s Sustainable Finance Practice. He has considerable experience advising corporate clients and financial institutions on a wide variety of debt and equity capital markets transactions, M&A, and financial restructurings.
