PROFILE
Adam Ravin is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Adam is a member of the Finance Department and Restructuring & Special Situations Practice.
Adam concentrates on chapter 11 representations, particularly on behalf of debtors, but also on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors and third-party acquirers. He has advised clients in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, retailing, mortgage lending, commercial real estate, chemicals production, air transportation, and oil and gas exploration.

- Robertshaw US Holding Corp. and its US subsidiaries (a global designer and manufacturer of component parts for appliances) in their chapter 11 cases in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Texas in connection with their Section 363 sale process and chapter 11 plan process
- Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, a branded and generic pharmaceutical manufacturer in its pre-arranged chapter 11 cases
- MD Helicopters, Inc., in connection with its chapter 11 bankruptcy and sale transaction, selected as Distressed M&A Deal of the Year (over $100M) in the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards
