Kelly F. Farmer oversees all aspects of the firm’s information governance program. Drawing on more than two decades of experience at Latham, Kelly leads a team that includes lawyers, data privacy professionals, information management professionals, as well as technical experts in the areas of access management and digital forensics. 

A recognized industry leader, Kelly is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP-US). She participates on the firm’s Security Committee, Data Privacy Committee, Ethics Committee, and Technology Committee.

Before joining the Technology Department, Kelly was a seventh-year litigation associate in the Los Angeles office, where she focused on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation and professional liability. Her practice included extensive experience in e-discovery, advising on and managing numerous large-scale document collections, reviews, and productions.
