PROFILE

Paul Kukish, Chair of Latham's Private Equity & Investment Funds Group and Co-Chair of the M&A and Private Equity Practice Group, advises many of the world’s most prominent private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a range of M&A transactions.

Paul draws on his experience in hundreds of mergers and acquisitions to advise on diverse types of transactions, with a particular focus on deals involving the consumer/retail, energy, and industrials sectors. His practice includes:

  • Public and private acquisitions and dispositions
  • Tender offers
  • Co-investments
  • Joint ventures

Paul has also represented numerous public companies in complex transactions involving US and non-US entities across a range of industries.

Paul formerly served as the Global Vice Chair of Latham's Corporate Department.
