DJ represents developers, land owners, institutions, and utilities before local, state and federal agencies, and he defends project approvals in court. He also has experience negotiating and litigating construction and real estate disputes. DJ also advises clients regarding land use entitlements and administrative approvals in jurisdictions throughout California.
