Juan Carlos Olivares represents banks, direct lenders, business development companies, and other financial institutions, as well as equity sponsors and other borrowers, in a wide range of transactional finance matters.

Juan draws on extensive experience to guide clients on structuring, negotiating, and documenting various financial transactions to provide sources of capital, including:

• Senior secured, second lien, subordinated and unsecured credit facilities
• Leveraged acquisition financings
• Cash flow and asset based working capital financings
• Private placements
• Cross-border financings
• Back-leverage financings

Juan serves on the Los Angeles Board of Directors of the nonprofit organization Street Soccer USA.
