Alexandra McArthur advises clients on private company mergers and acquisitions.

Alexandra represents private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies in a range of corporate transactions including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Minority investments and equity financings
• Joint ventures and carveouts

Alexandra combines commitment to her clients and a collaborative team ethos to bring transactions to a successful close.

She maintains an active pro bono practice, previously served on the Pro Bono Committee, and is a member of Latham’s Asian American Lawyers Group.

During law school Alexandra was a member of the Stanford Law Review and received the Jay M. Spears award.
