Benjamin regularly advises clients on:

- Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., in a US$100 million secured credit facility for Harrow Health, an eyecare pharmaceutical company
- Francisco Partners in connection with the business combination of Movella, a leading full-stack provider of sensors, software, and analytics that enable the digitization of movement, with Pathfinder Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company
- A leading specialty finance company in its:
- Second lien term loan and second lien flex facility for a drone manufacturer
- Term loan facility for a pharmaceutical company
- Amended and restated senior secured term loan facility for a home services technology company
- A leading specialty finance company in its term loan facility for a Swiss pharmaceutical company
- A leading specialty finance company in a term loan facility for a Danish software company
- An investment advisory company in its term, revolving, and delayed draw facility, the proceeds of which were used by a private equity firm to acquire a leading DTC logistics provider for wine and alcoholic beverages
