Angel Quek represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, borrowers, and other financial institutions on a broad range of financing transactions.
Angel focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance. She has in-depth knowledge and experience over a variety of debt capital structures, including:
- Senior / mezzanine financings
- First lien / second lien financings
- High yield bond transactions (including bridge to bond and super senior revolving facilities)
- Bridge facilities
- Unitranche financings
- Holdco / PIK facilities
- Post-IPO financings
