Blanca Vázquez de Castro advises multinational private equity funds and corporates on strategic cross-border transactional tax matters, particularly in leveraged buyouts.
She draws on her deep understanding of global markets to structure complex transactions in a tax-efficient manner, relating to:

- Platinum Equity on the €3.5 billion acquisition of Spanish waste management company Urbaser from China Tianying
- Partners Group on acquiring a 75% stake in EOLO, an Italy-based fixed wireless access broadband provider

- Hyatt Hotels Corporation on the acquisition of 50% of Bahía Principe Hotels & Resorts from Grupo Piñero
