PROFILE

Daniel Blackman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.

Daniel’s work focuses on a range of trade and competition issues, including complex civil actions, jury trials, merger clearance, and criminal cartel investigations. Daniel received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his BS from Cornell University.

During law school, he served as an articles editor on the Virginia Law Review and received a Raven Fellowship for his academic research and service to the University of Virginia. He previously clerked for Judge Albert Diaz of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
