Ryan Clore is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Corporate Department and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Ryan advises on complex technology transactions, with particular emphasis on information technology, business process and manufacturing outsourcing, intellectual property licensing, and strategic relationships. Ryan also regularly advises clients on intellectual property and technology related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including carve-out and transition services related issues, as well as general corporate matters.
Ryan has prior experience as a consultant in the area of software application analysis and development.
