- Acquisition of Therm-O-Disc, a leading sensors business, from Emerson Electric Co.
- Portfolio company CentroMotion in its acquisition of Carlisle Brake & Friction from Carlisle Companies
- US$930 million acquisition of Innophos (NASDAQ), a leading producer of essential ingredients
- Acquisition of Jadex, a manufacturer and material sciences company, from Newell Brands
