Daniel Breslin advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and clients on mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions, both in the US and cross-border.

Daniel regularly advises on a wide range of transactions, including:

Daniel delivers solution-oriented counsel to private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and strategic clients. Combining experience in a wide variety of M&A and general corporate matters, he develops business-focused strategies for clients’ most critical transactions.

  • Bass Pro Shops in its acquisition of Cabela's Incorporated and related preferred equity financing
  • Johnson Electric in its acquisition of Stackpole International
  • Sirona Dental in its merger of equals with DENTSPLY International 
  • Globe Specialty Metals in its merger of equals with Grupo FerroAtlantica
  • Hyatt Hotels Corporation in its sale of the Hyatt Residential Group
