Spencer Ricks advises entrepreneurs, start-ups, and emerging companies in the technology, life sciences, and clean energy sectors from formation through all stages of growth and beyond.

Spencer advises and guides companies throughout the entire corporate life cycle, including in:

In addition to his practice, Spencer is involved in the local community, including representing, on a pro bono basis, asylum petitioners, U visa applicants, and survivors of domestic violence seeking refuge in the United States. He has also served as Massachusetts Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and as a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference Committee.
