Gregory Walker is a member of the corporate finance team with a focus on capital market transactions and US securities law advice.

Gregory advises a wide range of corporate sponsor and investment banking clients on a variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on issuer clients in the DACH region, including: 

• IPOs
• Capital increases
• Equity-linked transactions
• Private placements
• High-yield bond transactions (under New York and German law) and related liability management transactions
• Investment grade debt offerings

Gregory is a member of the New York and Frankfurt Bar Associations.
