Erica Koenig is knowledge management counsel for Latham & Watkins' Emerging Companies & Growth and Public Company Representation Practices. She is based in the New York office.

Prior to joining the firm’s knowledge management team, Erica was an associate in the Corporate Department as a member of the Emerging Companies Practice. She advised technology, internet, and life sciences clients on a range of corporate matters from formation through initial public offering, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Employment matters
• Securities law compliance
• Public offerings
• General corporate matters

Prior to joining Latham, Erica practiced at the Boston office of another leading law firm.
