Najla Al-Gadi advises clients on complex capital markets matters across a broad range of industries.
Dual-qualified in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and New York, Najla draws on extensive transactional experience in the KSA market to guide issuers, investment banks, boards of directors, and capital markets institutions on:
- Capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary equity offerings, and other securities offerings
- Public company representation
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance and securities law matters
She has represented clients across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, information technology, telecom, manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. Najla also helps clients navigate pre-IPO corporate restructuring and readiness and corporate governance issues in Saudi Arabia.
