- The ad hoc group of lenders on the restructuring of Pronovias, a Spain-based bridal wear designer
- Promotora de Informaciones, S.A. and several companies of the Prisa Group on the refinancing and amendment of its syndicated financial debt
- An ad hoc group of noteholders and shareholders of Haya Real Estate on the sale of the shares of Haya Real Estate to Intrum
- An ad hoc group of noteholders of Haya Real Estate on the restructuring of its financial structure and corporate reorganization
- The creditors committee in relation to the €865 million first and second lien financing arrangements and €620 million recapitalisation of Imagina / Mediapro, a Spanish multimedia communications group
- CVC in its €2 billion strategic investment in LaLiga to set in motion LaLiga Impulso, a project to boost the global growth of LaLiga and its clubs
- The creditors committee in relation to the comprehensive restructuring of Swissport, including a €1.9 billion debt-for-equity swap and a new €500 million long-term debt facility
- The creditors committee in relation to the €160 million rescue financing and subsequent c. €1 billion debt and equity restructuring of Naviera Armas, a Spanish passengers and freight ferry services business
