PROFILE

Christopher Lim is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Christopher represents public and private companies, venture capital funds, and private equity funds in mergers, acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters.

He advises clients on a variety of transactions within life sciences and networking technologies.

Prior to qualification, Christopher trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, leveraged finance, and real estate finance matters. He was also seconded to the firm’s Hong Kong office, where he developed expertise on a range of leveraged finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets matters.
