Dr. Oliver Seiler is a partner in Latham’s Global Capital Markets Practice. He is one of Germany’s highest-ranked equity capital markets lawyers, offering clients extensive knowledge and experience in representing issuers, private equity sponsors, and underwriters in various equity capital markets transactions.

Oliver is known for his innovative approach and ability to lead pioneering transactions. He has been involved in many of the German market’s landmark IPOs, spinoffs, and capital raisings in recent years. Additionally, he assists corporate clients in navigating life as a public company post-listing, advising on German stock corporate and capital markets law, as well as takeover law matters.
