PROFILE
Rachelle Polsky is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.
Rachelle advises private and public companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors on a wide range of matters across various business sectors, including the media, sports and entertainment, technology, retail and consumer, and healthcare industries. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border:
- Public and private mergers and acquisitions
- Controlling and minority investments
- Carve-outs
- Venture capital financings
Before joining Latham full-time, Rachelle was a summer associate in the New York office. While attending law school, she was a member of Fordham’s Dispute Resolution Society and the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
Prior to and during law school, Rachelle worked in the international legal & business affairs department of a mini-major film studio and as a paralegal at a boutique entertainment law firm in New York City.

- Skydance Media in its pending merger with Paramount to form “New Paramount” at an enterprise value of approximately US$28 billion
- Silver Lake on numerous transactions, including its:
- Lead participation, along with DigitalBridge, in a US$9.2 billion equity investment round by Vantage Data Centers
- Investment in ProService
- US$1.35 billion investment in Jio Platforms
- Acquisition of, and numerous transactions for, TEG, Asia Pacific’s leading live entertainment and ticketing company
- KKR on numerous transactions, including its investment in BlueSprig Pediatrics
- TPG’s Integrated Media Company on numerous transactions, including its acquisition of StackSocial
- Purigen Biosystems in its acquisition by Bionano Genomics
- Fandom in its:
- US$146.3 million sale of D&D Beyond to Hasbro
- Acquisition of a portfolio of entertainment and gaming brands from Red Ventures
- NVIDIA in its potential US$40 billion acquisition of Arm
