Eduard Grigoryan is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Eduard is a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice and the firm’s Corporate Department. He represents emerging and established technology companies as well as venture capital and growth investors that invest in technology companies.
Eduard advises growth stage companies in various industries, including software, digital media and entertainment, fintech, life science, healthcare, and cleantech throughout their lifecycles from formation to financings and through exit. He also regularly represents established technology companies in strategic investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
