Gregory Van Buiten is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins, and is a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Gregory advises public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, medical device, and consumer products industries. In addition, he represents underwriters in a broad range of matters, including:

• Initial public offerings
• Secondary and follow-on offerings
• De-SPAC transactions

Gregory also advises companies in matters involving corporate governance, state and federal securities laws, fiduciary duties, and Securities Exchange Act compliance and disclosure obligations.
