Dr. Marco Grotenrath is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and White Collar Defense & Investigations Practices.

Marco advises and represents clients in all areas of national and international litigation and dispute resolution. His practice focuses on complex corporate litigation and includes white collar litigation, data litigation, and cartel damages claims.

Prior to joining Latham, Marco worked for renowned international commercial law firms in Germany and Spain. He received his PhD with a thesis on transnational corporate sanctions.
