- Solum Partners on acquiring Agrupa Lettuce, a leading Spanish agricultural holding company
- EIG on acquiring a 25% stake in Repsol Upstream, a global oil and gas exploration and production company, for US$4.8 billion
- Karnov Group in the context of its offer to acquire the legal information businesses of Thomson Reuters in Spain and Wolters Kluwer in Spain and France
- Platinum Equity in the €3.5 billion acquisition of Urbaser, a Spanish waste management company with operations in 25 countries, from China Tianying
- The Carlyle Group in the acquisition of Altadia, a leading Spanish ceramic products manufacturer
- Cathay, Drake, and Seaya in the €450 million Series F funding round of Glovo, one of the world’s leading multi-category delivery players
- Cementos Balboa, a portfolio company of KKR engaged in cement production, in its acquisition by Votorantim Cimentos
- Inflexion in the acquisition of a 40% stake in Auxadi Contables & Consultores, one of Spain’s top accounting firms, with operations in 16 countries
- KKR in the sale of its portfolio company Papresa, the first operator of newsprint in southern Europe, to Quantum Capital
- Sun European Partners in the sale of Famosa, the leading Spanish toy manufacturer, to Italian competitor Giochi Preziosi
- Triton Partners in the acquisition of Fertiberia, a Spain-based company that manufactures and markets fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, from Grupo Villar Mir
